Webshop!

At the moment I'm working hard at something new: a webshop where I'll sell my artwork in a series of beautiful & unique cards! Just a few more things to set up, a few more cards to design and then my shop will be online! For now the shop will sell only in the Netherlands, but for those of you who live elsewhere, I'll soon be selling on Etsy too.

Yay for my new sewing machine!! A very very essential item.... I use it almost daily, for sewing a pillow or fixing clothes or stitching some details for a drawing. Couldn't do without it!

and the duet became a trio...

Here's the reason I've been offline so long: a wonderful bundle of cuteness named Jaeden! We've finally come to the stage where I have some free time when he sleeps or plays in his play-pen. So pen & paper, here I come again!

Unique & personal cards

What I really love to make: personal and unique wedding or birth announcements. For my own wedding card (the second picture) I personally printed, cut and sewed some 100-200 cards! It was crazy but the result fabulous, I'd do it all over again if i needed to. The card is a combination of textures, the black silhouettes were velvety, one page was transparent and the last page plain unbleached cotton.

I will post some birth announcements later on.
